Zone therapy
Is an old form of treatment that is based on the belief that the entire body is reflected into certain areas, especially our feet. The method has probably been used for several thousand years. The technique has been documented in China around 2440 B.C. and it has been described by Nubian Pharaos since  2330 B.C. Dr. William Fitzgerald (1872-1942) invented reflexology again by using zone therapy as a way of anesthesia during surgery. Fitzgerald´s student masseur Eunice Ingham developed the technique further by using compression during massage and calling it compression massage.

Modern reflexology
Is a complete body zone therapy. The method has been developed by the Swede Karl-Axel Lind. In modern reflexology all the reflexological zones of the body is treated.

Shamanic healing
Is a form of traditional energyhealing used all over the world for over 5000 years. According to shamanism many illnesses and problems in life are caused by some sort of imbalance. In shamanistic healing the lost balance is restored.
